We have resolved the issue with the database at our disaster recovery site. The Automaton is now processing requests as normal.

Nominet are moving offices over the weekend 7 - 9 September 2007. We have moved all of our external services to work from our disaster recovery site.

Unfortunately a database problem at the disaster recovery site has prevented the Automaton from starting. We have escalated this problem with Oracle and will continue to work to get the Automaton back as soon as we can.

We apologise for the inconvenience and will issue updates as the situation develops.
