Craigslist, as you know, is one of the top online destination Web sites online globally. Craigslist is a central network of online communities, featuring free online classified advertisements – with jobs, internships, housing, personals, (real estate for sale, cars & boats for sale) /barter/wanted, services, community, gigs, resume, and pets categories – and forums on various topics. - Craigslist on Wikipedia

The domain industry needs a Domain Names for sale category!

How do you add a new category on Craigslist.org?

“New categories are added when demand is demonstrated by posting patterns in existing categories, e.g. when we saw a lot of furniture ads in the general for sale category, we added a dedicated furniture category.”- Craigslist (Click link for more details)

Craigslist would be a great way to sell domain names and especially local geo-domain names.

  • As a dominer community, we should start advertising our domain names and also request a domain name category by emailing them from their site.
  • Contact Craigslist from this link and ask for a new domain names for sale category (check suggestions) This is like a petition… Click Here Now! Do it now! We will all benefit.

Any other ideas for an aggressive domaign campaign?
