We are currently experiencing some problems with our telephone system.

At 11:00 am on Friday 2 April 2010 (Good Friday) we will be carrying out some essential maintenance to our infrastructure.
There will be a brief outage between 11:00 am and 11:15 am when all external systems will be affected. Online Services, EPP and ENUM registration systems will be unavailable. Additionally the DAC and WHOIS will be offline. The automaton will not process email requests, but they will be received and queued for processing when it restarts.
EPP users will be disconnected from the EPP server. If your EPP client is not set up to automatically reconnect, you may need to establish a new connection manually.
We would like to apologise for this brief service interruption and for any inconvenience it may cause.
